CONFIGURED ITEMS

Certain catalog items are made to order, with customer-specified lengths, diameter dimensions, or other options. Such items do not have specific part numbers; instead, they are "configured" or built by entering a model part number, then selecting options on the screen. Required selections are identified with a red asterisk (*). The price calculated after pressing Submit is for the specific quantity entered, and includes any setup charges. To see the price at a different quantity, enter that new quantity and press Submit again.

Ball Lock and Detent Pins

The price of a Ball Lock or Detent Pin is made up of a base price, plus a price per inch or fraction thereof (per 10mm in metric). For example, a 2.00" price applies to any grip length from 1.01 to 2.00" (a 40mm price applies from 30.5 to 40mm). Maximum length for which pricing is available online is 6.00" or 150mm. We do not stock ball locks or detents with the cable attached, therefore, they will not appear in stock with the C part number. To make a good estimate of delivery, check the stock of the part without the C suffix. To calculate the price, then you can configure with the C suffix. For small quantities (25 or less) we will ship the same day if the pins are in stock. For larger quantities, please check with our Customer Service Department, but one day is usually sufficient.

Important Note: we keep many grip lengths in stock, so always try to enter pins using the regular item number first before entering a model to configure. Standard delivery for configured pins is 3 weeks for up to 99 pieces (please contact our Customer Service Department if you need faster delivery).

Cut Cast Sections

The price of a cut Cast Section is made up of a base price (cutting charge), plus a price per inch or fraction thereof. For example, a 4.00" price applies to any cut length from 3.01 to 4.00". Standard delivery for cut Cast Sections is 1 day.

Cable Assemblies

The price of a Cable Assembly is made up of a base price, plus a price per inch or fraction thereof, plus the price of any cable rings selected in the model. For example, a 12.0" price applies to any cable length from 11.1 to 12.0". Standard delivery for Cable Assemblies is 1 day, in normal quantities.

Locating Pins

Round and Diamond Locating Pins (RLT, DLT, RPT, DPT) with special "A" head diameters are entered with the last two digits as XX. Standard delivery is 1 week.

Four-Decimal Gage Pins

Four-Decimal Gage Pins are entered with the last two size digits as XX, followed by a P or an M (indicating Plus or Minus tolerance). Note: GO gages normally have a Plus tolerance, while NO-GO gages normally have a Minus tolerance. Standard delivery is 3 weeks (please call if you need faster delivery).
