To provide you, our very important customer, with access to the status of your RMA’s, we ask you to enter your customer account number, RMA Number and your 5 digit Bill-To zip code. Only United States customers need to enter their zip code.

Your account number can be found on any of your invoices, or by calling our Customer Service department at (314) 647-0909. We will call you back with the account number.

The RMA number is the number Carr Lane Mfg Co provided to you when you initiated the RMA process. This is an eight digit number starting with a "5". Restocking Charges may apply in some cases. This return is valid for 60 days, see screen for expiration date. Please direct all questions to customer support at (314) 647-0909.
