To provide you, our very important customer, with access to the status of your orders, we ask you to enter your customer account number, Bill-To PO Number and your 5 digit Bill-To zip code. Only United States customers need to enter their zip code. Your account number can be found on any of your invoices, or by calling our Customer Service department at (314) 647-6200. We will call you back with the account number. The Bill-To PO number is your internal PO that you provided us at the time your order was placed. Please do not enter dashes, spaces, or leading zeroes in your Bill-To PO number. Please also use the number Zero in place of the letter "O". Please capitalize all alphabetical letters in your Bill-To PO number. We append "RPL" for replacement orders and "SHTG" for shortage orders. Special Notes: We are unable to provide detailed shipping information or tracking links for products shipped from our Carr Lane Roemheld joint venture operation.
